When do I pay?
There is no charge to create, configure or test your call. You pay the one-time $125.00 activation fee when you activate your call. Then, as you approve submissions for review you will be charged $7.50 per submission. (You can approve—and pay for—multiple submissions at once.)
How much does it cost authors to use ProposalSpace?
Nothing. ProposalSpace users can create, manage and submit abstracts completely free of charge.
How much does it cost to collect abstracts?
To estimate your total cost, multiply the number of submissions you expect to receive (and approve for review) by $7.50 then add the $125.00 activation fee. For example, if you expect 50 submissions, your projected cost would be $500.00. For 150 submissions, it would be $1,250.00.
What if I get "junk" submissions... do I have to pay for them?
No. You are only charged for submissions you approve.
