Proposal Submitters

ProposalSpace never charges a fee for users to create, edit or submit proposals. Individual call creators, however, may charge for users to submit proposals to their calls. Whenever this occurs, we note the submission fee clearly and in advance.

Call Creators

Call creators pay for proposals submitted in response to their calls. We provide two ways for call creators to pay for submissions: Pay as You Go and Submission Credits. Regardless of which option you choose, the first 20 submissions for every call are always free.

A: Pay as You Go

Our Pay as You Go plan is designed for infrequent call creators with smaller calls. You pay a one-time fee of $195 to make the call active, then just $15 for each proposal submitted beyond the 20 you get for free.

For instance: If your call receives 18 submissions, your total cost would be $195. If the same call received 50 submissions, the total cost would be $645 ($195 activation fee plus 30 submissions at $15 per submission). We charge the activation fee when you make your call active and the submission fee monthly based on the actual number of submissions.

B: Submission Credits

Our Submission Credits plan offers an even better value for call creators who expect to receive a large number of submissions. By purchasing at least 100 credits in advance, you receive a discount of at least 10% and as much as 50% off the standard submission fee. Credits may be used for any call you create and never expire. Plus, whenever you use credits to pay for submissions to your call there is no activation fee.
