The first step to using ProposalSpace is to sign up. It's free and only takes seconds. (All we need is a name and email address.)
After signing up, you have full access to all of our features. Basically, that means you can respond to a call or start one of your own.
Respond to a Call
ProposalSpace never charges you a fee to create, manage or submit your proposals. Call organizers may charge a submission fee, but we always disclose it to you in advance when they do.
Find a Call
A simple search feature shows all available calls in ProposalSpace and their details, making it easy to find what you are looking for.
Create a Proposal
Fill out the online form associated with your chosen call. You can complete as much or as little as you want, save it as a draft to work on it later, and even invite others to give you a hand.
Manage Your Proposals
Keep your proposals organized all in one place. With a quick glance, instantly see where each of your proposals is in its process.
Submit Your Proposal
Once your proposal has all the required information and you are ready to submit it, all you have to do is click a button!
Start a Call
ProposalSpace never charges you a fee to create a call. Only after your call is active (and you start to collect proposals for it), are you charged anything. (See our pricing page for more details.)
Set up Your Call
With our easy-to-use admin feature, you can set deadlines, terms for submission, selection notification messages, and more. You can also add other users as admins and reviewers to help you out.
Create Your Submission Form
Using our online form builder, you can quickly drag and drop a variety of form elements to create your submission form. Then, customize each element to make sure you collect the exact information you want.

Collect Submissions
As proposals roll in, you are able to keep count and preview each one. Need to push back your submission window? No problem. You can edit your call settings any time.
Review Submissions
You and your assigned reviewers are able make notes and score each proposal.

Choose your winners and send out your personalized notification messages with the click of a button.
