The first step in using ProposalSpace is to sign up for an account. It's free and only takes seconds. (All you need to tell us is your name and email address.) Concerned about privacy? So are we. Check out our privacy policy for details about how we use the information you entrust wtih us.
After signing up, you'll have full access to all of our features, which will allow you to start creating or collecting proposals right away!

Create a Proposal

ProposalSpace never charges you a fee to create, manage or submit your proposals. Call organizers may charge a submission fee, but we always disclose it to you in advance when they do. More about pricing...

  1. Find a Call

    A simple search feature shows all active calls in ProposalSpace and their details, making it easy to find what you are looking for.

  2. Start Your Proposal

    Fill out the submission form provided by the call organizer. You can complete as much or as little as you want, save it as a draft to work on it later, and even invite others to give you a hand.

    Keep all your proposals organized in one place. With a quick glance, instantly see where each of your proposals is in its process.

Collect Proposals

ProposalSpace never charges you a fee to set up a call. You only pay when your call is active and you start collecting submissions (or if you choose to purchase advance credits). More about pricing...

  1. Set up Your Call

    Our easy-to-use admin feature lets you set deadlines, terms, instructions, and more. You can also add reviewers and other administrators to help you out.

  2. Create Your Submission Form

    Using our online form builder, you can quickly drag and drop a variety of form elements to create your submission form. Then, customize each element to make sure you collect the exact information you want.

  3. Activate Your Call

    When your call is ready, pay the one-time activation fee and start collecting submissions. Need to push back your submission deadline? No problem. Settings can be changed any time—even after a call has been activated.

  4. Track & Approve Submissions

    Keep track of every abstract—including draft abstracts that have been started but not submitted. Preview every submission and only approve for review (and pay for) the ones that meet your standards.

    Reviewers assigned to the call are able to review and score each proposal any time from anywhere. They can also leave notes for themselves and review chairs.
